Ashley Voss

Professional Development Network Panel Chair

Ashley is a Quantity Surveyor at Costain Group PLC and has been a member of the Guild since 2017. He is an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a demonstrated history of working in the energy industry.

 

 

David Chadwick

Eastern Chair (Caretaker)

David is Operations Director of Ryemoors Limited, following an extensive career with Anglian Water , the last part of which was spent with the @OneAlliance , Anglian Water’s collaborative organisation, delivering the company’s capital programme. He has over 30 years' experience delivering infrastructure projects within the water industry, the majority of which involved pipelines. David has been involved with the Eastern Branch since its founding in 2006.

John Hilton

Northern Chair

John is Project Director for United Utilities, heading up the Special Project division of its Capital Programmes. He has worked in the utility sector for 37 years, stating as a mechanical apprentice in 1983. He has held various operational and delivery roles across the sector and undertaken several assignments overseas.John is a Mechanical Engineer by profession, has a B/ Eng Hons in Mechanical Engineering, and a Diploma in Utility Management from Manchester Business School and is also a member of the Institute of Directors.

Rachel Bridge

Midlands Chair

Rachel is an Associate Partner within the Utilities & Infrastructure sector at Fisher German having joined the company in 2007.  Rachel has specialised in linear infrastructure property management and has experience managing a fibre optic cable network measuring 2,500km and oil networks measuring over 2,500km.  Rachel was first introduced to The Midlands PIG on placement from University in 2007 and since then has been an active member of the Guild.  She is looking forward to developing the Midlands Branch in what looks to be a challenging year with a specific focus on the integration of education links with the guild and industry.

Brent Windsor

Wales & West Chair

Brent has worked for various contracting companies over the last 40 years, from start-up to multinational. Following redundancy in 2015 he formed ‘Brent Windsor Limited’ to offer Engineering and Project Management consultancy services to the construction industry. With over 30 years' working in the aviation sector, specialising in aviation fuel storage and distribution. 

John Richardson

Scottish Chair

John is Head of Innovation at SGN and Chair of the Scottish Branch. John has International experience in commercial negotiations and contract delivery of high value, technically complex projects from development / feasibility stage and FEED through to full EPC projects.
