Webinar: The New guide to the structural design of buried pipes

Nov
03
12:00 - 12:45

For decades the UK’s approach to the structural design of buried pipes has barely changed. However, a revised BS EN 1295 was published in 2019 and was followed by a revised BS9295 in February 2020. The new guidance represents a significant change to the structural design of flexible pipes in the UK and includes a new method and soil model for flexible pipe design. There is also improved guidance on the design of all pipe materials.

The seminar will provide an overview of the UK’s approach to the structural design of buried pipes and will provide an overview of the notable changes brought about by the new guidance.
