Booking Conditions:

  1. Payment must be made at the point of registration unless you have requested the pay later option. No money will be refunded on or after Friday 7th June 2024.
  2. All booking cancellations must be made in writing via email to events@pipeguild.com. No refund can be given on bookings cancelled on or after Friday 7th June 2024. If Government guidelines prevent attendance or it is cancelled we will postpone the event to a future date and you will be offered the choice to attend the revised date or receive a full refund for your booking.
  3. Priority for all bookings is given to Guild members. Individual Guild Members may book a maximum of TWO tickets at the Member Rate, further tickets will be charged at the Non Member Rate. 
  4. Dietary Requirements: These will need to be submitted to events@pipeguild.com by Friday 7th June 2024.
  5. The Guild reserves the right to alter or amend any of the details of the event advertised herein without prior notification to any attendees, hosts or guests.
