After a long pause (need we say why) in face to face events and missing the 2020 dinner which would have been our 50th, we’re thrilled to be able to invite you in 2021 to join us at the Roman Bath and Pump Rooms for the Wales and West 50th dinner AND the first dinner back for the Guild in nearly two years!

With a networking starter and drink reception round the Baths (aka ‘the pond’), excellent food, entertainment and charity raffle and (we hope) the traditional Wales and West singing, help us make this dinner one to remember!

Wales and West Annual Dinner - Terms and conditions of booking

1. Annual Membership Fee must be paid prior to attending this event.
2. To ensure exclusivity of a table a minimum of 8 tickets must be purchased. A Table can seat up to 10 Guests. If fewer than 8 tickets are booked you will be asked to share your table.
3. All booking cancellations must be made in writing via email to events@pipeguild.com. Cancellation of your booking before Friday 29th October 2021 will incur a £30.00 admin charge per person and no refund can be given on bookings cancelled after Monday 1^st November 2021. If Government guidelines prevent attendance or it is cancelled we will postpone the event to a future date and you will be offered the choice to attend the revised date or receive a full refund for your booking.
4. Individual Guild Members may book a maximum of TWO tickets at the Member Rate, further tickets will be charged at the Non Member Rate.
5. COMPANY NAMES WILL be printed as submitted on all literature regarding this event.
6. Vegetarian & Special Dietary Requirements: These will need to be submitted to events@pipeguild.com by 11^th November 2021
7. All Guests are reminded that this is formal Black Tie Event, Dinner Jackets, National Dress, Evening or Cocktail dress should be worn.
